Expanded Day Collaborative Program
-
In strong partnership with the Charleston Promise Neighborhood, the Charleston County School District's Office of Expanded Learning developed an expanded learning after school program that began in 2014.
The office of Expanded Learning has a strong history of quality programming and the purpose of the partnership with the Charleston Promise Neighborhood is to amplify our efforts, build upon our strengths and increase access to high quality after school programming for our students.
The collaborative program works in three CCSD schools (Memminger, Sanders-Clyde, and Mary Ford). The program focuses on challenging and rewarding enrichment opportunities, academic support, and organized play.
All of our partners and staff receive ongoing training throughout the school year. Our goal is to ensure your child receives the best services possible so they can continue to grow academically, emotionally and socially.
All providers wishing to offer enrichment services in this program in one of the three above program sites, must complete an application and request for proposal.
