My name is Marvin Taylor. I have been in education for 16 years as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. I am a native of Charleston and a graduate of the elite Call ME Mister program. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from South Carolina State University with an emphasis in Elementary Education. I received my Master’s degree in Administration from Capella University in 2012. During my career, I have received several accolades including the Innovation Zone Closing the Achievement Gap Award and was named the North Charleston Elementary School Teacher of the Year. I am happy to be a part of St. Andrew’s family
