Message from Principal Vanessa Brown:

I'd personally like to welcome you to the Cooper River Center for Advanced Studies. I am very proud to have been born and raised here in North Charleston. This community holds a special place in my heart. Our educational philosophy is based on high-quality instruction, a culture of high expectations, a belief that all students can excel and a “whatever it takes” attitude. Every member of our team has pledged to ensure that our students secure the academic knowledge and employability skills needed to excel in college and become highly skilled professionals. Our team is committed to maintaining a heightened sense of urgency, dedication, passion, and pursuit of excellence. We are humbled by the opportunity to be founding members of the Cooper River Center for Advanced Studies. While this may be an unconventional school year I am fully confident great things will be happening!
