Recent Upgrade to CCSD's Substitute Employment Management System
Charleston County School District’s (CCSD's) Human Resources department is pleased to announce an upgrade to the current Substitute Employment Management System (SEMS).
Please note that the new telephone number for the SEMS system is (843) 410-0621.
This upgrade took place on March 23, 2012 and provides users with updated reporting tools, additional access options, e-mail password resets and other tools designed to improve functionality. The most significant change regular users will notice is the overall appearance and layout when signing on to SEMS. The older version listed the user’s options on the left-hand side of the screen. The new version lists the user’s options across the top of the screen. SEMS users now have the ability to reset their password through e-mail.
All substitute teachers must contact Errol Young by email and provide a valid e-mail for their SEMS account. Teachers and administrative users will be defaulted to their Groupwise e-mail address.
