The Strategy & Communications Department supports schools and drives Vision 2016 goals by empowering parents, staff, and the public with timely, critical information. Our office serves as the liaison between CCSD and the media.

- Crisis communications and major announcements
- Media relations, including press releases and press conference management
- District web content and social media management
- Phone notification system (ParentLink) management
- District publications, including newsletters, brochures, postcards, annual reports, fact sheets and other print collateral
- Event planning and management, including CCSD's annual State of the Schools and Principal for a Day
For Our Internal Customers:
- Recognition program management, recognizing the work and accomplishments of teachers, staff, volunteers, students, and parents
- School communications assistance, including publications, website development, media relations, and more
- Event planning and management

- District video production, including superintendent's messages, lead stories and CCSD highlights
