Mission
Northwoods Middle School is a health-, fitness-, and leadership-focused school for North Area middle school students. Our program uses action-based learning strategies that focus on movement in classrooms, expanded health and fitness opportunities, and instruction in leadership and teamwork to enhance the South Carolina middle school curriculum. In addition to the core content offerings at our school, students have the opportunity to participate in various extracurricular activities including football, basketball, cheerleading, track, soccer, band, competitive double-dutch, chorus, Classy Ladies, ARMS, and Student Council.
