OUTSTANDING FEATURES/PROGRAMS: Technology Showcase School; Full Fine Arts program featuring band, chorus, orchestra, and visual arts.

BUILDING PROGRAM STATUS: New School

EXTRACURRICULAR OFFERINGS: Clubs for student council, arts, and various sports. Tutoring in all subject areas offered by teachers. A school bus runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 to assist families with transportation.

SPECIAL INCENTIVES: Students earn Cario Comet Cards each nine weeks with outstanding grades and behavior. The cards entitle students to special offers or privileges.

FACULTY INFORMATION: Staff includes over 60 certified teachers as well as support staff. Most staff hold Master's Degrees and have an average of 10-12 years experience.

UNIQUE ASSETS: Extensive integration of technology into instruction. Large, new facility opened in 1999. Full gymnasium with a stage for student productions and programs.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: We are fortunate to have strong community support through an active PTSA and School Community Council. Parent volunteers are always welcome.
