Facility Services
Welcome to the Charleston County School District (CCSD) Facility Services web site. The Facility Services Department consists of many of the district's operational components: Maintenance (repairs and preventive maintenance), Custodial & Grounds, Utilities Management, Transportation, and Food Services. These operations provide service for a school district operating 78 schools, 266 mobile classroom units; maintaining 1,153 acres of property and approximately 7.0 million square feet of physical plant; operating buses to transport our students; and feeding over 40,000 students each day.
