The Operations Team exists to support the "Three Goals of the Charleston County School District Achieving Excellence" which are:

  1. Raising student achievement
  2. Eliminating Achievement Gaps
  3. Raising the Graduation Rate

Through a focus on Results, Access, and Partnership the standard of Excellence for Operations will be:

  1. Insuring Optimal conditions for teaching and learning
  2. Creating safe , secure and caring environments for our students and staff
  3. Operating efficiently and effectively
  4. Staff who continue to learn and grow professionally
