Teacher of the Year - Teachers of the Year of the Charleston County School District (CCSD) are selected annually from among approximately 3,500 teachers. Each school names and honors its own Teacher of the Year. Nominees at the school level are given the opportunity to complete in the District level competition. Forty-four teachers competed in the District level competition this year.
