"From the Desk of the Superintendent"- 9/18/09 Letter
Superintendent Dr. Nancy J. McGinley recounts the events of the county-wide Board meeting on September 14 and discusses her trip to learn about career academies in Pensacola, Florida. She also writes about the district-wide Administrators Meeting held September 17 and the possibility of developing a model similar to the Harlem Children's Zone in Charleston County.
