The Early Learning Community's mission is to provide instruction that is intellectually rigorous as well as developmentally appropriate for birth through five-year-old children. Our role is to lay a solid foundation that will support our children and families from “cribs to colleges.”

- Support teachers and administrators by providing developmentally appropriate professional development and training in early literacy and numeracy
- Develop curriculum to support the South Carolina Early Learning Standards
- Collaborate and establish community partnerships to support families that will promote self sufficiency
